Bramber Construction Co Ltd is proud to have recently carried out the works on behalf of Worthing Borough Council providing the area with its first CHANGING PLACES fully inclusive toilet facility at Brooklands Pleasure Park in Lancing, West Sussex.

Changing Places toilets are designed to accommodate people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as many other serious conditions.
The facility includes a height adjustable adult sized changing bench and a tracking hoist system and is large enough for carers to assist and manage in a uniquely comprehensive manner.
The space and extra features provided, compared to a standard accessible toilet, putting the emphasis on comfort, safety and dignity.
With our extensive work and knowledge already in standard accessible toilets we were able to perform the adaption to the existing toilet block at Brooklands to a very high standard and in good time whilst offering exceptional value for money to the client.
Bramber Construction is a proud supporter of the Changing Places organisation and would urge you to visit their website by clicking the logo above to learn more about the value of these facilities within the community.

Duke of York Opens Bramber Construction Refurbishment

His Royal Highness the Duke of York officially opens Shoreham Port’s new £2 million headquarters.
As well as receiving a tour of the building, His Royal Highness learnt about the port’s ambitious plans for the future and the important role it plays in the local economy.
Shoreham Port’s new headquarters, which were acquired in 2007 and formerly occupied by Customs & Excise, underwent significant refurbishment by Bramber Construction before the Port’s management team took up residence.
Work Experience
Working with local secondary schools Portslade Community College / Steyning Grammar School / Sir Robert Woodard & Shoreham Academy we continue to offer work experience placements for students providing them we hope with a valuable insight into the building industry.
Where both locally and nationally opportunities are sadly rare for these work tasters we continue to receive good candidates from all of the schools and are keen to continue these relationships in the hope of bringing new skills to an industry where there is a shortage of skilled labour.
As part of our Bramber Homes department we are about to commence construction on Shoreham Beach of 2 x eco homes constructed from the highest specifications incorporating the latest technology and techniques you would expect from an environmentally friendly building. Further details
